1. If you are making a reservation more than 6 weeks prior to the date of arrival, one third of the total rental is required as a deposit to confirm your booking. The balance of hire is due 6 weeks prior to arrival. Unless instructed differently the balance of hire will be charged to the hirer's credit card 6 weeks prior to arrival. |

| Cancellation Policy: |
Once your booking has been confirmed by Whispers, Secrets & Rumours the deposit is non refundable. The liability for the full balance of hire is released at the discretion of the proprietors if written notice of intention to cancel the booking is received at least 42 days prior to arrival date.
If written notice of intention to cancel the booking is received under 42 days prior to arrival date the balance of hire (two thirds) is only refundable at the discretion of the proprietors if they are successful in finding guests to fill the vacancy. The deposit is non refundable. Travel insurance is recommended. |
